Rowley Regis

Rowley Regis is a peninsulated promontory in the Seisdon Hundred. It stretches between two separate parts of Worcestershireshire and Shropshire. Near Dudley, Halesowen, and Halesowen. It is made up of a range of hills that are terminated by several high peaks or summits of perpendicular rocks. One of these, Hailstone or Turner's Hill (or Hailstone), is a significant attraction as it offers extensive views over the surrounding countryside. One species of quartzose, a basaltic type of stone that is not calcareous, forms the base of the largest hill. It is also known as Rowley Rag-stone. Rowley Regis is part of the great Barony of Dudley. It is located in the Diocese of Worcester. It is home to approximately 14,000 people and covers 3670 acres.

Smethwick, a town in Sandwell West Midlands, England, is known for its industrial activities. It is located approximately 4 miles (6km) west of Birmingham's city center. It was originally located in Staffordshire, then Worcestershire before it was moved to West Midlands County. The ward of Smethwick was home to an estimated 15,246, while the larger built-up subdivision had 53,653.
